An hons course at bachelor's level is actually a mini specialization whereas general degree will give you the idea of business administration and law both. If you wish to know the difference in what you will be studying in both, just compare the course structure of both for whichever university you wish to apply and then decide.

Dear Karthik,
Please decide as to which country you intend to do your graduation, if it is the US then you need to give SAT and TOFEL tests and get the scores required by the universities you are applying to. If it is the UK and Australia you need only IELTS, same goes for Canada. It also goes without saying that you need the minimum academic scores in your 12th as required by the Universities you are applying to. Rest of the admission requirements like the statement of purpose, letters of reference etc., as required will be available on the University websites in the section International Students. All the best for your future studies.
