CMA is very difficult and only about 1% students pass CMA every year
But if you pass scope is good their work has increased after companies act,2013
You will surely get hired after passing cma and if you start your own practice you can take a little time but earn good in future
MBA is finance is easier to pass and available in many institutes so fgo only for good institutes
Job are even available in finance but CMA has more chance of getting job
But pursue according to your interest and capability
Best of luck

Dear Sampurna, Yes CA is a good option infact very good one. all it need is concentration and regular studies.
so if you are planning to pursue first make sure can you do so, coz once you are in then there is only way out is to be a CA or to drop.

Dear Deepak, If you are in CA , i recommend to focus on this, and not to go for any other course along with CA, because it's all about focus and determination and once you are a CA you won't need any degree to support it or so, neither anyone will see what else you have done. if you still wana do somthing then you must go for value added studies after CA coz there is no sense in pursuing same thing of same level or lesser level.
good luck
