Yes, you can pursue if you've mathematics or statistics in your 12th. To get admission in B.Plan/B.arch colleges, you need to have valid & qualified NATA Merit. Cut-off varies from college to college. Some colleges also accepts admission through Board merit or have their individual entrances. Top colleges to pursue this course are UPES School of Planning & Architecture, School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal, Manipal university to name a few. It is possible to pursue 2 courses together. However, one has to decide which course to pursue as a regular mode of learning and which from distance/correspondence.
Though it will be little difficult to manage both at the same time, you can plan out your schedule and complete both with little extra hard work and dedication.

Apart from MBA and M.Com, there are many courses in other fields like psychology, fine arts, masters of sociology, history, political science, Hindi, Punjabi, library sciences, performing arts etc. in which you can get admission as per your area of interest.
