The basic eligibility criteria for admission is: Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category) in any discipline from any recognized University is eligible to apply for admission into the two year programme. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the bachelor's degree (or equivalent examination) can also apply.
The admission process:
ASBM follows three stages in the admission process as per AICTE guidelines –
(1) Valid score card of National level Management Test like CAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT / MAT
(2) Group Discussion
(3) Personal Interview

It will be better for you to choose B.Com as you can pursue any professional course like CS, ICWA, CFA, etc. after completing it. And secondly, there is a good scope after completing B.Com, so you would be able to apply for good jobs after its completion.
