Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your course. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. To make up for the 16 year education you can opt for a one year PG Diploma in India. You may opt for distance learning courses as well. Just make sure the programmes and the university is recognized by UGC-DEC such as IGNOU etc.
Secondly, you must have atleast 2 or 3 years work experience without which you will not be considered for admissions into any MBA programmes in USA and elsewhere. GMAT/GRE scores will be required. Additionally TOEFL would be required. GMAT and GRE scores are valid for five years whereas TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years so give the tests accordingly. Build a good profile, get a job and do a one year course before applying.

B.Com Hons. Course is under graduate degree course. It includes subjects like cost accounting, organizational behavior . The course is designed to build up the ability to understand and judge thing related to business administration. After undergraduate you can apply for master degree with specialization in accounts and economics.
B.Com Pass course is also an undergraduate course but unlike B.Com Hons course there is no specialization in one subject. In B. Com pass course you have an overview of all subjects of Hons. Course. More or less both courses are similar.
