Hi,
As per your profile pursuing MBA would be the best option for you, however please remember if you have atleast 50% marks in graduation in that case pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be a better option as compared to distance MBA.
However if you wish to work after completing BCom and simultaneously pursue MBA in that case you pursuing distance MBA would be the best option for you by doing this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.

After 12th in commerce you can opt for BBA in retail and hospitality,travel and tourism management.you can also do Bachelor in journalism and mass communication.all these courses do not have maths in it and have a great career ahead.colleges are providing these courses with extensive training and complete guidance.try looking for colleges like UTM,Shillong,(http://goo.gl/H0OJWB)or IIMT etc.

CA can be done from anywhere across India. It is a self study program. You need to register with ICAI.
Simultaneously you can pursue B.com through correspondence-
