If you wanna go in Website Designing and Programing field then you have so many options. .
1) Btech
2) BCA
3) BscIT
4) Bsc (CS)
As you see all these are Graduation courses the question is what to choose in +2 and the answer is Science(Maths). It is the requirement of all these courses that you must have maths in +2 even you can't appear in some entrance for admission further if you dont have maths in +2.
Now what to choose after 12th ?
I will advise you to choose Btech(IT or CS) even you must choose Btech(IT/CS).
I won't advise you to choose BscIT , BCA or Bsc(CS) if you have option of doing Btech but if you don't have any option

Both the course you mentioned are good to pursue and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
B.Com Stands for Bachelor of Commerce, typically, B.Com is a three year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2) with subjects such as accounts, maths and economics.
Commerce consists of a broad range of interdisciplinary branches such as Marketing, Finance, E-Commerce, Accountancy, and Economics.
A commerce education can lead to jobs with corporations and banks as investment bankers, managers, financial consultants, accountants, advisers etc.

First of all you should opt for commerce with maths
Your CA course starts now:
Register with Institute (ICAI) for CA CPT Course. Appear this after +2 exams. Qualify this and you are ready for the next stage.
Now you have to register for IPCC. Here you will have to do orientation and ITT course. After this you will have to start articleship under a practicing CA. After completing the prescribed period of training, you can appear for the IPCC examination.
After qualifying IPCC and also completing the prescribed period of training, you have to appear for CA Final examination.
Here you have to attend a course on GMCS.
