In India only those management institutes which are affiliated to a university can offer an MBA degree. For this reason institutes like Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), University of Pune, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies or Faculty of Management Studies can offer MBA degree, as they are affiliated with Pune, Mumbai and Delhi University respectively. Also IIMs, though being the best of the lot, can't offer MBAs as they are not affiliated with any university. Your passion in a particular subject and your caliber for attaining the highest level of specialization, will eventually lead to a phenomenal career path.
I would therefore suggest you to consider your skills and strengths to boost your career plans
To pursue CA, you can take CPT test.Once you clear that, you can start preparing for CA inter exam.
Any University has no objection in doing CA along with graduation course.
In this way you'll save your time and will complete the course in shorter period of time.

To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Academic Qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university.
Candidates who have appeared at an examination the passing of which would render them educationally qualified for the Commission's examination but have not been informed of the results as also the candidates who intend to appear at such a qualifying examination will also be eligible for admission to the Preliminary Examination.

Both BBA and B.Com are different courses.You can opt for any one of them depending on your interest and grades.
To give you a general idea:
1. BBA is a management oriented course.The core subjects include business studies,economics, marketing,human resources, operations,financial management,business communication,organization behavior,business statistics etc.
2.B.Com is a commerce oriented stream.The subjects include financial accounting,maths & statistics,banking & finance,corporate accounting,corporate law,advanced accounting,auditing, taxation etc.
