The minimum eligibility requirement at ASCI -Administrative Staff College of India for a PG Diploma is:

1. You must have a bachelor's degree in any of the streams
2. you should score  at least 50% marks in respective streams 
3. You need to pass or qualify the entrance exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT, or the common entrance exams conducted by respective state governments

Candidates are required to qualify in the CAT / XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT/GMAT or the common entrance examinations conducted by the respective state governments, as per AICTE norms. 15% of seats were reserved for the Armed Forces Personnel and their wards with 5% rebate on the Tuition Fee.
