I am not sure about the colleges in Bangalore, but I know a friend who pursued B.Tech Aerospace Engineering with Specialization in Avionics (http://www.upes.ac.in/upes_btech/aerospace_engg_with_specialization_avionics.php) from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, and is now placed as a Satellite Engineer and is earning pretty well.
The universities also offer a B.Tech degree in aerospace engineering. (http://www.upes.ac.in/upes_btech/aerospace_engg.php), I think you can go for this university as UPES is well renowned in the sector and I've read about the students from Aerospace engineering participating in various inter
