Firstly I would like to quite two proverbs: "There is always room at the top" & "where there is a will, there is a way". Presently, the job opportunities in India are indeed very less. But with time, I am sure these will keep improving. But do not confuse engineering with working on civil aircraft. For this, you have to do AME. But most importantly, select that path in life which you like. Select the branch that you like. Set aim and then work towards achieving it.

Only 4 IITs offers B.Tech aerospace engineering degree:
1) IIT Kharagpur
2) IIT Kanpur
3) IIT Bombay
4) IIT Madras
5) IIST (under ISRO)
6) IISC (Only for M.Tech they offered aerospace engineering)

For taking admission in IIT, you will need a rank below 1500 and marks at least 250+ in JEE advance to get easy admission in aeronautical engineering. I hope this will help you.

The dynamics of seat allocation are so transient that perhaps no software can take care of multitude contingencies. It's practically not possible to predict what you are demanding. I would advise you to accept admission and then only move for the next round if it's permitted.

No, it is not possible for you to get into NIT or IIIT. Even if you have reservation, it would be hard for you to get a seat.
