After 10th

After your 10th, you can do Diploma in engineering of 3 year and then you can go for B.Tech or BE.

Did you means to say after class 12th, because there is no courses for medical after 10th so here is the list of colleges after class 12th.

Generally, all Journalism and Mass Communication courses are Under Graduate and Post Graduate. For Under Graduate degree you have to pass class 12th exam. My suggestion for you to pass class 12th exam and then apply for Under Graduate (3 years) programme in Journalism and Mass Communication.
