No, not eligible as None of the subjects mandatory for agriculture is there is ECE Diploma. But I would suggest you do B. You are eligible Akash as B.Sc. Only needs 12th qualification
B.Sc Eligibility
The basic B.Sc. Course eligibility is to have at least 50% in Class XII from any recognised board. Some premier colleges ask for 60% marks. The students must have studied core subjects like Maths Physics Chemistry and Biology at their Higher Secondary level.

Dear Pratim, My friend is pursuing a B.Sc. In Agriculture programme at LPU. Let me share the details of eligibility of the programme which is you should have passed with 60% aggregate marks in: (a) 10+2 or Intermediate (with English*, Physics Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry)
or (b) 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture)
or (c) 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent

It vary from university to university. Many universities permit students with 10+2 from arts or commerce in addition to students from PCM. I would suggest to explore the options of under graduation in agriculture stream as it is a good career option. You can appear for ICAR or similar entrance exam. In future you can pursue MBA (agribusiness) or similar courses. Best wishes.
