Hi,
Selection is based on UPCATET. The candidate must have passed intermediate in Agri. Science/PCB/PCM/PCMB. Final admission of the students will be done based on the cut-off percentage of marks. For General & OBC category candidates, the cut-off percentage marks in UPCATET is 20% whereas for SC & ST candidates, the minimum required aggregate is 10%.

Yes, B.Sc in agriculture asks for at least 50% to 60% aggregate in class 12th with the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology for eligibility.

To apply for M.Sc. In Plant Science you should have graduation degree in agriculture or biological sciences with minimum 50% from any recognised university. If you have interest to become researcher or lecturer in plant Science you can take the CSIR NET Exam. It is a national level exam which is organized to examine the ability of candidates to become a research fellow or lecturer. It is a outstanding gateway to make a bright future. Age relaxation applicable as per the policy of the state government.
2) Educational Qualification:

Please check for your eligibility to pursue a B.Sc. in Agriculture from College of Agriculture, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth from the criteria mentioned below:
Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET) or All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA). If you haven't applied fro the MHTCET, you can apply for the AIEEA exam.
