The CSIR NET examination is conducted only for the Science stream students, and the ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) NET is held for the students belonging to the Agriculture Field. For all other subjects or streams, the students need to appear for the UGC NET examination. CSIR NET Educational Qualification:
