Hello,
Both courses are better, and have own value in market. It is depend what you like more. For class 12th Science stream students, who have an interest in Agriculture, B.Sc Agriculture will be a good option. This course will be a great alternative to BE/B.Tech Agricultural Engineering. Since India is an agrarian country, this field will never run out of opportunities. And Private Sector organizations will employ undergraduates in agriculture. I have not noticed this university in top list for Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. However, you can attempt for admission in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (Coimbatore), Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (Hyderabad), Punjab Agricultural University (Ludhiana), G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (Pantnagar, Uttarakhand), etc.

Hi Sudhahar!
Here are the Eligibility criteria for writing agriculture officer exam:
The candidate should of minimum age of 21 to a maximum of 30 years.
You should be a graduate in agriculture, veterinary, fisheries, dairy Horticulture etc and preferable Post Graduate holders with Marketing Specializations or Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management.

B.Sc. In Agriculture in some universities available as B.Sc. Honors in Agriculture, and some universities provide State exams for the course if you have took ICAR test look for the online counselling, or you can visit Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU), Hisar, Haryana, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana to see if they are taking the admission after test or no, try soon as admissions are getting closed.
