In BHU B.Sc (Agr) results, there is an overall column and under this, it says general rank 47(marks 254). Is it AIR or category rank?

It is all India rank.
Probably, you will get the college in your respective courses. Go for the counselling, whenever you are called for it.

Yes, I think you will get seat in B.Sc Agriculture with below INR 7 lacs for 4 years, because your percentage in inter is very good. So, there is full chance that you get seat in your stream in South India.

I don't think, but there is 70% chances that you'll get BHU B.Sc Agriculture.

Absolutely, your selection is fixed by the Faculty of Social Science, BHU. Wait for the result declaration. In the 2nd week of June, the result will be declared.

Yes, there is a very strong opportunity to bag admission here and I strongly advise you to attend the counselling. However, this assumption is made on the previous allotment basis.
