The eligibility required is, you need to clear your class12th exams with Science stream, no matter whether the subject is PCM or PCB or what are the optional subjects. Main part is your Science stream with minimum 50% marks. If you fulfill these requirements, then there are many colleges

Yes, your rank is decent. But there are less chances for government colleges.
But you still try for government colleges in the councelling rounds. But you may get good private colleges with this rank.
