Yes, you are eligible, but for that you have to clear exam conducted by the organization.

BCECE CSIR, etc. These are the entrance exam through which you can get government Agriculture College. BHU UET also offers admission in B.Sc Agriculture. These are the separate entrance exam. Here, there is no need of JEE score card.

You can, but at least, you should score 60% and above for good colleges or universities.

It doesn't matter which country you belong, you need to clear the entrance examination test being held by BHU. Clear this exam and score enough marks in 12th and get admission.

There is a lot more competition in the both of the fields right now, but if you choose best career option I would like you to suggest engineering, because of the growing fields. Regards.
