No, unfortunately it would be quite difficult for you to do Agriculture courses in Pune without any entrance exams as most of the colleges accept students on the basis of entrance exam score like ICAR AIEEA, MHT CET, MCAER CET, etc.

To get Admission in Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agricultue and Technology you need to go to the offficial website of university.
After that you need to fill up the online admission form provided on the website within the deadline
Incase you have missed deadline contact College administration for further update, they will help you out
The application forms are expected to be available online on the university website csauk.ac.in around April.
