As per the Supreme Court judgment, AICTE accreditation is not necessary required for universities. Therefore, Bennett University is also not required to have a formal accreditation by AICTE. However, the University follows all the norms prescribed by AICTE. Bennett University is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and is recognised by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO). .

Yes, SRM Easwari Engineering College is approved by the UGC (University Grants Commission), AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), and the Government of Tamil Nadu. Initially, the SRM Eshwar College of Engineering was affiliated with the University of Madras and now the college is affiliated with Anna University Chennai. SRM Easwari Engineering College is certified by ISO and accredited by NBA (National Board of Accreditation) and with A Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). Due to the AICTE approval, the Easwari College of Engineering degree is valid in India.

Yes, ITM University, Gwalior is both UGC- and AICTE-approved. ITM University Gwalior is a state university under 2 (f) of UGC ACT and it does not require AICTE approval as per law. This standing of law is notified in the case of Bharathidasan University Vs AICTE.

No, the college is not approved by AICTE as the college does not fall under the purview of AICTE. AICTE provides accreditation to technical colleges, agriculture, engineering etc. While Daulat Ram College offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in arts, commerce and Science.
