GSFC University has been setup under Gujarat State Private Universities act 2009. AICTE approval is not required for a University to run a course in technical education as has been held by the Honorable Supreme Court judgment in the case of Bharathidasan University & ANR vs. All India Council for Technical Education & Organisation.

YES, In Delhi NCR,  Asia-Pacific Institute of Management is a renowned PGDM institute that has received AICTE approval. A 100% placement has been offered since its inspection in 1996. 

On the college's official website, YOU CAN EASILY CHECK AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM AICTE. All years' AICTE approval letters are posted on the college website.

No, RGPV is not approved by AICTE. RGPV is recognised by the UGC and AIU and is accredited with an "A" Grade by the NAAC.
