GSFC University has been setup under Gujarat State Private Universities act 2009. AICTE approval is not required for a University to run a course in technical education as has been held by the Honorable Supreme Court judgment in the case of Bharathidasan University & ANR vs. All India Council for Technical Education & Organisation.

Hey there . Unfortunately admissions to IITs for B.Tech courses are based on the IIT JEE advanced for which, mathematics in 11th and 12th is a must .
Since you're a PCB student, and you're really keen in pursuing a B.Tech in biotechnology, you could give entrance exams (PCB) for other Universities like VIT which also offers a very good B.Tech programme for biotechnology.
