IHM Shimla offers one and a half year Diploma in Food Production and Food & Beverage Service. Candidates need to complete Class 12 or equivalent examination with English as a compulsory subject to apply for IHM Shimla Diploma courses. There is no maximum age limit to apply for the Diploma programmes.
