No, you cannot enrol immediately in AIIMS without taking an entrance exam. Anyone who wishes to get admitted to AIIMS Bhubaneswar must complete the NEET exam and receive a merit-based score. That cannot be accomplished in any other way. You can enrol in a private or semi-private college if you want direct admission.
