The application fee for the AIIMS nursing 2025 exam for the MSc programme is INR 1,500 for the general and OBC category and INR 1,200 for SC/ST category candidates. The application fee can be paid online.

Applicants should have cleared BSc Nursing/Post Basic Nursing from a recognised Institution accredited by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and AIIMS. Applicants must have scored at least 55 per cent in aggregate. The applicants should possess a minimum of one year of work experience as on the last date of application form submission with specialisation in bedside nursing in a hospital having a minimum of 100 bedded hospital (for private hospitals only) or Public Health Nursing or in Nursing Educational Institutions recognised by Indian Nursing Council (INC). The applicant must be a registered nurse and registered midwife (RNRM).

AIIMS nursing 2025 exam for the MSc programme is a national level Nursing Entrance Test conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for admissions to the Postgraduate level Nursing programme MSc Nursing, which is a two-year programme. The exam is conducted via the online process and offers seats across all the seven AIIM institutes in India.

AIIMS Nursing 2025 entrance exam for the MSc programme is organized and conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi for admissions in the MSc Nursing programme.

The lower the age limit to apply for the AIIMS BSc nursing exam is mentioned below: 

Interested candidate who has attained or will attain the age of 17 (seventeen) years as on the 31st of December of the year
of admission (2025). [Candidate born on or after 2nd January, 2009 is NOT eligible to apply.] 

AIIMS has established a tie-breaker criteria to assess the performance of candidates scoring same marks in AIIMS nursing exam. Some of the criteria are:

• The candidates having higher marks in Chemistry in the entrance will be given priority if the tie persists
• The candidate who has secured higher marks in Physics in the entrance will be given priority if the tie still exists
• At last, priority will be given to the candidate who is senior in age

AIIMS nursing tie breaking criteria sets the rules on the basis of which marks of candidates are decided in case two candidates or more score the same marks. It is a performance evaluation criteria which sets a few candidates apart from other in order to decide the ranks.
