Like all other AIIMS Campuses, AIIMS Raebareli admissions are also competitive. With only 100 seats available for MBBS and Lacs of students targeting the college, admission becomes tough. The NEET score  for General All India category is often around 675+. Students belonging to SC, ST or OBC categories have relatively good chance but the fight is still tough across all categories.

Students can get AIIMS Raebareli with 650 marks but it depends on some factors. The category of the student is also an important factor. The cutoff for General Category cutoff was 2994 in 2024 whereas it was less competitive for SC, ST, OBC category aspirants. Another determining factor is seat availability. In case of high competition and limited seats, the chances of getting admission becomes less. Hence, aspirants should aim for a good score to get into AIIMS Raebareli to maximise their chance.

Choosing a college totally depends on what you are looking for. Below are some reasons as to why AIIMS Raebareli could be a better choice compared to regular state government medical colleges:

AIIMS Tag: Even though it is a new campus, it still has a AIIMS tag to it which helps in academics, post graduation or even international exams.

There are a total of 100 seats in the MBBS programme of AIIMS Raebarelli. The seats are filled based on NEET score of the candidates. Students belonging to General category need to score a rank under 2,000 i.e. 680+ marks to increase their chance of getting a seat in this AIIMS. With Lacs of students appearing for NEET every year, only a top can make it to AIIMS Campuses-including Raebareli due to competitive cutoff and limited seats.

AIIMS Raebareli offers admission to MBBS programme based on NEET score of the candidates. The requirement of NEET score depends on category, competition level and seat availability. Below is the NEET closing cutoff for last three-years for AIIMS Raebareli MBBS:

Course202220232024
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)871369012994

Looking at the past three-year cutoffs, we can observe a improving trend with cutoff being very competitive in 2024 as compared to 2023 and 2022. However, the cutoff also tells that aspirants with a slight lower rank i.e. above 2,000 can also get admission in AIIMS Raebareli.
