Yes, AIIMS Bibinagar does follow seat reservation for the MBBS course. AIIMS institutions are filled through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and are subject to reservation policies that include 27% for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 15% for Scheduled Castes (SC), and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes (ST), with an additional 5% for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD).

For admission to the MBBS programme at AIIMS Bibinagar, candidates are required to submit several documents that can prove their identity, domicile, academic qualification and other various factors that are important for admission to MBBS courses at AIIMS Bibinagar.
