As per AIMK guidelines 50 percentile is criteria for army category students and 70 percentile for general category students in CAT but students who have scored less applies as well and in most of the cases get selected for further process. People are generally judged on the basis of GD and PI regardless of your percentile.
So I would suggest that you can go for it as the chances are equally high.

Yes, I think you should as this institute will focus on your GD/PI performance even if your percentile is low.

Sadly, if the last date is crossed then it will be difficult to fill any form as I don't think so there is any online process. But, if any solution comes up for this problem I will definitely let you know.

There have been many cases where even if student got less percentile in CAT can get admission in AIMK by performing in GD/PI. Even if you have scored less in your CAT, I think you should still try for the institute.

Yes it is approved by AICTE but it also abides by the rules of state university, thus it does not accept CMAT score.

While you may try your luck and fill in the application form, it is unlikely that you will get a call this year because of your low percentile. Previous years cutoff was generally around 70 percentile.
