AIMA UGAT Admit Card

Yes, the UGAT admit card will mention all the details of the exam centre which has been allotted. Candidates must note that they will not be allowed to change the exam centre. They must reach the UGAT exam centre at least an hour before the exam starts to complete the frisking formalities. An elaborate verification process is conducted before the exam begin, hence, the students must not reach late at any cost. 

UGAT admit cards will be available online which the candidates can download. Candidates can use their login credentials I. e. username and date of birth for the UGAT admit card download. Students must carry a coloured print out of the UGAT admit card with a recent coloured passport size photography affixed to it to the exam centre in order to gain entry at the UGAT exam centre.

No, digital or soft copy of the UGAT admit card will not be accepted at the UGAT exam centre. The candidates have to carry a coloured printout of the UGAT admit card to the exam centre to get an entry. UGAT admit card is a mandatory document which is to be carried to the exam centre along with a recent coloured passport size photograph affixed to it. The photograph should match the one uploaded in the UGAT application form.

The examination authority does not accept digital admit card as valid document as it is to be signed and stamped by the test centre staff for proof of candidate’s attendance.

The test takers are advised to take two printouts of the AIMA UGAT admit card and preserve at least one copy of the same till the end of the admission process. Institutes may seek a copy of admit card at the time of admission. The test takers must also carry a valid photo ID proof to the exam hall. 

UGAT admit card will be available on the official website of AIMA UGAT. The registered candidates will be required to login to the candidate portal using their login credentials, i.e. User name and date of birth/password. • Visit AIMA's official website
• Click on the UGAT admit card link
• Enter your UGAT Application Form Number and Password, or date of birth to log in
• UGAT admit card will appear on the screen
• Check all the details carefully
• Take a printout of the admit card

UGAT admit card will release in first week of June 2026, tentatively. Tentative UGAT schedule 2026 will be released by All Indian Management Association, AIMA. UGAT admit card will be available online for registered candidates, and they will be able to download AIMA UGAT hall ticket using their login details. The UGAT exam 2026 is expected to be conducted in the second week of June 2026.
