No, digital or soft copy of the UGAT admit card will not be accepted at the UGAT exam centre. The candidates have to carry a coloured printout of the UGAT admit card to the exam centre to get an entry. UGAT admit card is a mandatory document which is to be carried to the exam centre along with a recent coloured passport size photograph affixed to it. The photograph should match the one uploaded in the UGAT application form.
The examination authority does not accept digital admit card as valid document as it is to be signed and stamped by the test centre staff for proof of candidate’s attendance.

The test takers are advised to take two printouts of the AIMA UGAT admit card and preserve at least one copy of the same till the end of the admission process. Institutes may seek a copy of admit card at the time of admission. The test takers must also carry a valid photo ID proof to the exam hall.

The AIMA UGAT admit card will be available online on the official website. Students who have successfully submitted the UGAT application form before the deadline can download their AIMA UGAT exam admit cards. But, if the candidate has not paid the UGAT application fee, then they will not be eligible to download the admit card. Hence, the candidate must have completed the entire AIMA UGAT application process in order to download the UGAT exam admit card.

UGAT admit card will be available on the official website of AIMA UGAT. The registered candidates will be required to login to the candidate portal using their login credentials, i.e. User name and date of birth/password. Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to download the UGAT admit card:
- Visit AIMA's official website
- Click on the UGAT admit card link
- Enter your UGAT Application Form Number and Password, or date of birth to log in
- UGAT admit card will appear on the screen
- Check all the details carefully

The UGAT admit card 2025 will release on June 9, 2025. The tentative UGAT schedule 2025 has been released by the All Indian Management Association (AIMA). The UGAT admit card will be available online for the registered candidates, and they will be able to download the UGAT hall ticket using their login credentials. The UGAT exam 2025 will be conducted on June 14, 2025, tentatively.

This year, there will 3 test formats for the UGAT: computer, paper-based, and internet-based. Exam pattern modifications were implemented in 2023, the year that all examination formats were introduced. In the past, there was only one way to take the UGAT exam: offline, on paper. To take the exam, candidates who choose the PBT and CBT modes of examination must go to the UGAT exam centre.

UGAT scorecard will be released by AIMA in the last week of June 2025, tentatively. The UGAT 2025 exam was conducted on June 14, 2025, in the paper-based test mode. Candidadtes who appear for the exam can check their UGAT scorecard online using their login credentials. The scorecards will be available only on the official website. The scorcards will be out for all courses under the UGAT exam.

As soon as the UGAT results are declared, candidates should download their scorecards and apply to the participating institutes' website as per the schedule. Candidates will be admitted to the colleges based on their UGAT rank. If they match the cutoff, they should take part in the counselling process and complete the document verification.

No, after the UGAT exam is cleared, candidates will have to go through for further selection procedure conducted by the participating institutes. The UGAT scores are accepted various colleges and universities. Candidates need to meet the cutoff criteria of the participating institutes to take admissions.
