Hello Prachi The interview is more of a discussion because the role for which one is being interviewed is hospitality based so your educational background will not be a major player, rather your approach towards certain situations will be tested. Situational awareness and actions that must be taken in such situations shall be asked.
Knowledge of foreign languages, especially those where the airline operates is very useful although it's not compulsory. Apart from interviewing you, your presentation and appearance will also play a big role in your selection for the position of cabin crew. Some airlines do test aptitude and reasoning skill

Air Staff I suppose you are asking about the Flight Crew. Flight Crew are basically pilots. Who are well qualified and trained to fly the plane in any and every condition. The training include weather patterns, flying condition in each country, familiarity with regulations governing safe flight, aviation security, dangerous goods handling, emergency situations etc. in order to conduct a safe flight with all available resources. I'll include the flight dispatchers also in this category who are qualified and trained personnel to prepare every flight and monitor it's safe departure, en route phase and landing. They study the Weather

10+2 is the basic requirement to become a cabin crew / Air hostess. Hence after graduation also you can become a cabin crew. You have to justify the criterion based on height, weight, BMI, appearance, language skills, personality etc. To get through the cabin crew interview. There is no specific training required before any such interview. Although due to lack of knowledge in the candidates many training institutes have cropped up which claim placements. All the best.
