Placement rate of any college or university cannot be 100%.
Many students try to take up their own pathways, many chose campus placements.
Similarly Rajiv Gandhi aviation academy does not guarantee a 100% placement rate for its certificate in aircraft maintenance engineering program.
The academy will provide placement assistant and coaching.

There are two major categories of AME courses for you to opt for, one is the A program that is usually of 2-year duration with one year of academic training and classroom lectures, and the second year of hands-on experience in live environments.
Talking about the B programme in AME, which is all about the mechanical and avionics systems of the aircraft, you need to invest at least 2 years in academic training and the other one or two years in practical exposure and research opportunities.
