Aircraft Maintenance Engineering

Hello Sawfan,
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course is a three-year degree course leading to the degree of B.Sc. After this once you clear liscence exam conducted by DGCA, you are authorized to work as a maintenance engineer on a commercial aircraft. Basic eligibility for the course is class 12th with PCM and admissions are based on marks obtained in 12th exam. Presently in India, this course has a lot of scope of employment.

Sorry to say minimum percentage is 45% in PCM mandatory for admission in Aircrafts maintenance engineering course in anywhere. 40% for reserved category candidates with AMECET.

You should have PCM, as compulsory subjects in your class 12th with a minimum of 60% marks. Total fees of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering in NDC Institute of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is INR 3.95 Lakh.

You are talking about common entrance test for admissions to the B.Sc course of aircraft maintenance engineering. I am afraid at least I have not heard of any such CET till now, hence there is no question of cutoff. But, if you are aware of any such CET conducted, I would be very happy to receive information about it from you. Course is approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
Mandatory Subjects : Mathematics, Physics
Candidates with Diploma certified recognized by AICTE or any certificate acceptable to DGCA as equivalent Diploma in mechanical/electrical/ electronics engineering with minimum 50% aggregate or higher degree in science (B.Sc/M.Sc) are also eligible to apply.
Other eligibility criteria:
Candidates must submit a medical certificate from an MBBS doctor.
