Hello Ritish Kumar,
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is not a diploma but a degree course leading to degree of BSc. In present Indian conditions, this course has great potential for placements. This is so since civil aviation traffic is increasing at almost 15% per annum along with cargo also. This in turn causes opportunities for employment.

An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) in India is a person specifically licensed or authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India, to certify the airworthiness (fit to fly) of an aircraft and its systems. It is very nice to know that you have decided to join aircraft maintenance engineering after 3 years of Diploma rather than doing graduation in normal engineering course. These days aircraft maintenance engineers have huge potential for employment. Dude, Yes you can, of course join this course even after doing your Bachelor of engineering in EE. Generally, speaking the eligibility for admission for aircraft maintenance engineering course is 12th pass and it's 3 years bachelor of science course but it does not matter as there is no upper age limit for joining this course. Hence, even after completion of your BE, you can join this course.
