Yes, Alagappa University offers three-year BCom programme. The UG-level course is offered in full-time and distance mode. It is offered by the university through its affiliated college. While the distance BCom course is made available through the Directorate of Distance Education. Admission to the course is offered on a merit-basis. Alagappa University admit candidates to its BCom programme on the basis of merit in the last qualifying examination. Hence, the aspirants scores in Class 12 are considered. The aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam are eligible for admission. Students can apply by filling out the application form on the official website. Alagappa University allot seats on a merit-basis to the UG programme. It follows the reservation policy prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. There are 5% of seat reservation for the differently-abled students (Government Letter No.12599/K2/2017-1, dated 21.07.2017).
