- Parent's Income not exceeding Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum
- First 3 toppers in 1st, 2nd, 3rd year P.G Programmes ; First 1 topper in M.Phil. Programmes

The application fee for MBA at Alagappa University is INR 600 for candidate other than SC/ST. SC/ST candidate application is INR 300. This fees is for university website registration. Since, entrance exam is mandatory for MBA admission so there can be additional fees also. Additional fees involves entrance test fees which is different for every entrance exam.

Yes, government entrance exam like CAT, MAT, XAT, TANCET, and other management entrance exam are accepted at Alagappa University. The university might conduct its own entrance exam for admission as well. But, entrance exam like CAT is accepted. The admission process of MBA includes entrance test, group discusssion, and personal interview.

Yes, hostel facility is available at Alagappa University. The fee ranges between INR 14,000 and INR 16,000 per annum. The facility is available for both boys and girls. Hostels are available for foregin candidate as well.

Yes, foreign admissions are allowed at Alagappa University. The fee structure is different for foreign candidates. The university has a dedicated cell for foreign candidates. It offers almost all courses to foreign candidates.

Alagappa University provides BC/MBC/DNC post matric scholarship, which is given to candidate whose parent's income does not exceed INR 2 LPA. University hostel students belonging to SC/ST/Converted Christians whose parent's income does not exceed INR 2.5 LPA, are also offered fee concession.
