A pass in bachelor's degree with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC) from a recognised university or institute is required to apply for the LLB course. Aspirants are shortlisted based on their ALCAT score and eligibility. ALCAT is designed to evaluate the candidates in Quantitative Technique, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning and English Language. The institute will shortlist applications of eligible candidates based on the document they provide.

Besides this, the college also conducts the Asian Law College Admission Test (ALCAT) to allow those candidates to secure admission who have not appeared for national-level entrance exams. The total tuition fee of ALC Noida BA LLB programme is INR 7 - 9 Lacs for Indian candidates, & INR 10.35 Lacs for International candidates. 

Asian Law College LLB is a three-year full-time course offered in two categories, namely General and International. The undergraduate course is divided into six semesters and is affiliated with CCS University Meerut and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The college offers a 3 year LLB (General) programme to students for INR 3.95 lakh while the college offers LLB (International) programme for INR 6.35 lakh.
