The stream does not depend upon CAT score. It is basically your interest, your educational background, etc. Suppose if you are from accounting background, you can excel in finance stream.

It will be very difficult to get a call from Alliance University bangalore. Infact at your score it will be very difficult to get a good college. I would suggest you to prepare better for other upcoming management exams such as CMAT, MAT and ATMA.

It is always better to wait for entrance results of all the exams you wrote and then take a good decision. Suppose if you are getting high scores in those exams, then you will have higher chance of getting admission.
