Based on previous year's cut-offs you have very less chances of getting Government B.A. MS seat or BHMS seat but you try for Management seat/ Paid seat in Priavte B.A. MS Colleges based on this year cutoffs atleast in Mop-up round. For government atleast you have to score 500.

Your marks in NEET are less. As per the previous year cutoffs you cannot get any government Medical College for BAMS. You can get admission to the private medical college but the fees will be very much. So, you need to have good economic condition. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side. You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark. There is very less Probability of getting a seat.
