The result of AMIE is declared in March and September respectively. However, nowadays, the result of Section A is declared one month earlier I. e. February and August. You can get full details on AMIE exams on this link: https://www.amiestudycircle.com/faq-on-amie-exams.html.

If you apply now, you will be able to appear in Summer 2019 AMIE exams. Apply till January (first week), 2019. By default, English is the medium for AMIE exams. However, if you have passed Diploma in Hindi medium then you may opt for Hindi medium in AMIE exams by following a certain procedure. Now comes your question of using mixed language (Hinglish) in AMIE exams. You will need to visit ieindia.org and contact their admission branch to know about these details. They will guide you according to your academics and location. But admission is usually delayed because of verification of documents.
