To get a residence certificate in Andhra Pradesh if you are a non-local student who studied your intermediate there, you need to go to the nearest MeeSeva center and fill out an application form. Attach proof of residence, identity, and education, and pay the application fee. The residence certificate will be issued to you within a few days.

There are no free seats available in the Apollo University chittoor. Yes, you are eligible for veterinary seats. However, I cannot say for sure but you have high chances of getting seats in a government college. You can check the cutoffs for veterinary colleges in Andhra Pradesh to get an idea of the rank required to get a seat in a government college. Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati is one of the public/government colleges that offers B.V.Sc. Animal Husbandry course in Andhra Pradesh.
