Yes you can do that. The minimum requirement is 12th.

Hi Dinesh, Congrats as you scored good marks in JEE paper 2 but unfortunately closing rank in these both NITs is 1138 at round 3 and round 6 respectively. So there is less chance to get seat in these but don't loose hope. You may also get seat here if your luck helps you. Remember to stay in contact
