There is only 60% chances that you can get admission in Andhra University, but surely you can get admission in affiliated colleges.

Till now I think IIIT DHARWAD is best as it's construction started for own campus and Sudha Murty is also present in Board of Governors. Pune comes after that, then Sri City, Nagpur,Kottayam and at last Kurnool.
