Constitutional LawNature of the constitution: Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles of State Policy, Executive Judiciary, and Legislature, Center-State Relations, Emergency provisions, and Amendments to the Constitution.
Public International LawInternational Law and Municipal Law, Subjects, State Territory, Air, Sea and outer space, Nationality and Statelessness, Extradition, Asylum, State Jurisdiction, United Nations.
Mercantile LawGeneral Principles of Contract (Sections 1-75, Indian Contract Act-1872).
Labour LawTrade Union Act 1926. Industrial Disputes Act 1947.
Crimes and Torts

Indian Penal Code -General Principles & General Exceptions.

Non-locals or candidates from any place can apply for the Andhra Pradesh PGLCET. However, they need to make sure to meet exam eligibility criteria. The criteria are mentioned below: 

AP PGLCET Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
  • Candidates must have completed a 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB degree. 
  • Candidates appearing in the final year of their 3-year/5-year LLB degree can also apply for Andhra Pradesh PGLCET 2026. These candidates need their final marksheet at the time of Andhra Pradesh PGLCET counselling. The minimum marks requirement in the qualifying exam (LLB exam) must be met by them.
Qualifying Marks
  • The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25% (i.e. 30 marks out of total 120 marks).
  • For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, no minimum qualifying percentage of marks is prescribed. 
Age Limit
  • There is no age limit to apply for Andhra Pradesh PGLCET.

AP PGLCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria are given below. Candidates must check to be eligible for the exam.

  • Candidate should have passed or appeared in the final year of their bachelor's degree in law i.e., Five-year LLB degree or a three-year LLB degree from any recognised university. 
  • They should have secured at least 50% marks if belonging to the General/ OBC category and 45% marks if belonging to the SC/ ST category.

No there is no such provision to fill the application form in offline mode. Candidates should make sure they fill it on or before the deadline.

Candidates will be able to check the AP PGLCET 2026 dates on the website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The official dates will be released here as well. It is expected that APSCHE will release the APPGLCET 2026 Notification anytime soon.

The Andhra Pradesh PGLCET 2026 is expected to be conducted soon. The Andhra Pradesh PGLCET exam dates have not released yet. It is expected that APSCHE will release the Andhra Pradesh PGLCET important dates notification soon on the website.
