I am sorry to say this. But the actual answer for your question is NO. Because the cutoff for mechanical engineering seat in jawaharlal technological university anantapur was around 5k to 8k.So I think you have to choose some other good colleges. All the best

APLAWCET 2018 results were scheduled to be declared on April 25, 2018. Thereafter, authorities announced that the result for the law entrance exam would be declared on or after April 30 but the results were expected to be declared on May 9, 2018.

You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try.AU considers a very better score than this.If possible try for other affiliated institutions which follow the same syllabi pattern.
