Government merit seats admission will happen once the regional exam authorities conduct counseling process in which based on ranks the seats will be allocated based on the students choice. First round of counseling will start before the second NATA exam, but there will be another round of counseling done after the second NATA exam in which seats which are vacant can be chosen by the student. There will be no delay since the student who has got a seat in X college in first round counseling can always change to Y college in the second round if he or she improves the marks. The minimum eligibility for getting admission in Andhra University is to appear for NATA and good score in class 12th. Without anyone of them you cannot take admission in AU. For more information refer the link:

Yes, you are eligible to take admission in Andhra University. You will easily get a seat in this college after applying your schedule caste category certificates. You should keep all the documents ready for verification at the time of admission. And in second or third round, you will definitely get a seat.

As per your score, you are already qualified for PGECET exam. Because its minimum qualifying marks are 30. So, it depends on your rank if you can apply for M.Tech or not. Your rank not so good so just try.

To confirm your seat in Vizag campus, you must be in top 2000. If you get rank around 2000, you will easily get a seat in this college in first round itself.
