It is possible to pursue M.Sc in various subjects after B.Tech. But, the eligibility criteria is different for universities. It would be best to check with the university you are seeking admission in.

Hi Manideep,
In order to pursue any journalism and mass communication course Diploma programme, you will have to first complete your education up to class 12th from a recognized board of education. You are required to score at least 45% to 50% marks in class 12th in order to be eligible for the undergraduate degree courses. However, post-graduate degree and diploma courses require you to possess a graduation degree and diploma respectively with at least 50% marks.

Eligibility
Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for AP Ed.CET-2018
The Candidates should be Indian Nationals
The Candidates should satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended
