No, it is impossible. You have to get good rank in AUCET. So that you will get admission based on counselling process. Your percentage does not matter, your AUCET rank matters though.

Yes, but you have to pursue the course from the starting. You can also check on the official website whether they have a lateral entry for the course or not.
