It would be better for you to do M.Tech. You can also prepare for GATE exam as if you get a good rank, you can get good job opportunities. It is just my suggestion.
For your M.Sc Physics, you need to appear for PGCET.

Almost all the colleges in AP take students based on EAMCET results. So, it is not possible for you to get seat in top colleges based on JEE Advanced.
I would suggest you to try NIT Warangal, IIT Hyderabad or IIIT.

The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into B.Arch. the student must be fulfilled the following conditions: 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with the compulsory subject of mathematics.
10th+ 3 year-diploma in any stream from a recognized university/board/institution.
Cleared NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with the 80% marks conducted by Council of Architecture
