Yes, of course. Normally, all universities allow graduate from any discipline to seek admission for PG diploma in a wide range of subjects. Just download brochure cum application form and you are into it. Best wishes

Hello Siva,
Its great to know your desire to pursue graduation after diploma. Yes, normally mechanical branch diploma holders are allowed lateral entry into aeronautical branch. You just need to follow steps required to be taken. That's all. However i would like to advise that opportunities in aeronautical branch in India are very less as compared with mechanical and hence you should obtain degree in mechanical branch .
