Yes you may get the seat since your marks is more than 40. Consider talking to an alumni he/she may have a better idea. You may have to deal with other areas as well.

Yes, you can easily get admission in Andra University  for Biotechnology as the cut-off for the course was around 169131 for the year of 2023.

Academic Requirement:

Candidate should have passed 10+2 in Science stream or its equivalent qualification, with at least 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics, Physics as a compulsory subject and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Biology as one of the optional subjects from a recognised Board.

Entrance Exam:

Candidates must qualify AUCET.

First score upto 50 percent in class 12 and you must have physics, chemistry and bio in class 12 and pass the ndhra joint exams for engineering and pharmacy in that, you can opt for pharmacy course in counselling.

To secure admission to the MSc programme at Andhra University, candidates are required to follow a few steps i.e., candidates must appear for either the AUCET (Andhra University Common Entrance Test) or the AP PGCET (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) and achieve a qualifying score.
