Your EDCET rank of 246 and OBC category give you a positive chance of securing a seat at Andhra University. However, it's prudent to maintain a backup plan, as the competitive landscape of entrance exams can sometimes be more intense than anticipated. Keeping alternative options open is a wise strategy, allowing you to explore other universities and programs that align with your aspirations. This approach not only provides reassurance but also ensures you have multiple pathways to choose from, irrespective of the final EDCET outcome.

Andhra University has better brand value and NIRF ranking. Although Acharya Nagarjuna University is also well known and a better choice for courses but you can NIRF ranking.
You can choose either of the two .There is no much difference. You can prefer the one with low fees and near location.
